Ideation and Team building: 2 days

VR Prototype: 5 days

Different floor plans were being tested with various grid system for the anchor points in VR.


After some tests, we came to realize a circular grid is more fluent for users to move around while teleporting on the anchors.

But if the base is circle, it's hard to scale up and down anchor points. So we decided to go with a hexagonal base.

Problem Statement

Process

To design a modular system with each it's easy to story-tell educational content in VR.

Key Moments

  • Segmenting story content into different hierarchies is easier with this system of anchor points and UIs.

  • Making AI generated terrain with Gaea

  • Making the navigation as natural as possible with anchoring and highlighting interactable

    We all know how brain remembers when you experience first hand than from text book. That was our motivation to build content in VR that will give a first hand experience to users.
